This lidded vessel is thrown on the wheel before being carved by hand and then glazed in an oatmeal glaze and twice fired to 1270 degrees.
These pieces with their unusual finials were inspired by Moroccan vessels I have seen on my travels and they are beautiful statement pieces as well as being of practical use.
You can use this for whatever you fancy but a lot of my clients use them in their bathrooms for keeping cotton wool and accessories in and it is a beautiful addition to any room.
